Changes in the economic and industrial structure with urban paradigm shift have the potential to develop existing port areas. Even the old port facilities are separated from the city and citizens, it is possible to create a vibrant environment by connecting the city and waterfront area through the new development process. Busan northern port area can be developed into an attractive port city like European industrial port regeneration projects with the new urban district, waterfront, international business, culture, and residence.
