The year 2019 is the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. Thus, the memorial hall will be built to honour the patriotism of the ancestors. This masterplan for the progress of the architectural design and construction is planned to facilitate the smooth implementation of the public business.

The characteristics and functions of the memorial hall are established and studied in detail by the basic plan of architecture, exhibition, management and construction promotion. The site is located nearby Seodaemun Independent Part in Seoul, where has the cultural and historical symbolism of the country. Therefore, the functions, such as experience, exhibition, information delivery and education, are planned first by integrating each other.
