Our vision is not a fragmentary measure but rather a proposal for a prominent framework regarding the sustainable development of Incheon inner harbour area through the new development. It suggests that the city can be developed toward a world-class port city. There is an active connection in the urban area with waterside and green space, plus, the masterplan is aimed for the local and international perspective together.
This plan is also considered to strengthen the linkage of existing tourism and leisure activities, at the same time, to introduce new development in the engine functions, such as research, culture, and tertiary industry. Consequently, Incheon can be changed as an attractive port city where housing and working are harmonised organically.
