The Sokcho Government Employee Training Centre, which we propose, is not only an essential function of the building that provides training functions of the training centre and the accommodation of the family unit, but also the ability to actively experience nature in the middle of the nature surrounded by the forest. It was planned to provide space. Sokcho Government Employee Training Center is located in the centre of the greenery area and has a natural environment. The existing lush vegetation offers visitors with a pleasant and healthy environment. We plan to maximise and preserve the given natural environment while linking the two core functions of the training centre (public employee training and family unit recreation) with nature. The height difference of the existing natural terrain is used as a design idea of the new construction, and it is carefully adjusted to minimise the cut and match with nature. It creates spatially connection between inside and outside.
